By accessing or using JRIKHUB ("Platform") via our website jrikhub.com, shop.jrikhub.com, or WhatsApp chatbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

JRIK ENTERPRISE operates as:

  • VTU Aggregator: Sale of airtime, data bundles, cable TV, electricity bills, exam pins, bulk SMS
  • Marketplace: shop.jrikhub.com where verified agents list physical products like computers, electronics, clothing for buyers
  • WhatsApp Services: Automated chatbot for account management, purchases, and support via WhatsApp Business API
  • API Reseller Platform: Tools for developers and VTU dealers to resell our services

3. User Accounts & Wallet

To access services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality.

Wallet & Payments: All transactions are processed using your JRIKHUB wallet balance. Wallet funding is via Paystack, Flutterwave, bank transfer, or approved channels. Funds in wallet are not interest-bearing.

KYC: Per CBN regulations, we may request BVN/NIN verification for wallet upgrades and transaction limits.

4. Marketplace Escrow & Buyer Protection

For purchases on shop.jrikhub.com:

  • Secure Escrow: When a buyer makes payment, JRIK ENTERPRISE holds the funds in escrow. Funds are NOT released to the seller/agent until the buyer confirms delivery and satisfaction.
  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is within 8 working days from payment confirmation. Waybill/shipping costs are calculated based on buyer location and item weight.
  • Inspection Period: Buyers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect goods and raise disputes.
  • Dispute Resolution: If buyer reports issues, funds remain in escrow while JRIK ENTERPRISE mediates. Our decision on refunds/replacements is final.

5. VTU & Digital Services

Airtime, data, and bill payments are delivered instantly or within 5 minutes. Delays due to network provider downtime are not our liability. Failed transactions are automatically refunded to wallet within 24 hours.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Marketplace Orders: To cancel, contact support via WhatsApp +234 813 461 1369 or in-app chat before the agent ships the product. Once shipped, cancellation requires return of goods.

VTU Services: Successful airtime/data/bills cannot be reversed. Failed transactions are auto-refunded.

Refunds: Approved refunds are credited to JRIKHUB wallet within 1-3 working days, not to bank accounts, per CBN policy.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use JRIKHUB for: illegal goods, fraud, money laundering, gambling, adult content, crypto without license, or violating NCC/CBN regulations. We may suspend accounts and report to authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

JRIK ENTERPRISE acts as a marketplace facilitator and VTU aggregator. We are not the manufacturer or direct seller of marketplace goods. We are not liable for:

  • Quality, warranty, or authenticity disputes between buyers and agents
  • Delays caused by shipping companies or network providers
  • Losses from unauthorized account access due to user negligence
  • Service downtime from third-party APIs like MTN, DSTV, or Meta/WhatsApp

Our total liability is limited to the transaction amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

9. WhatsApp Communication

By using our WhatsApp chatbot or providing your number, you consent to receive:

  • Transaction alerts and receipts
  • Account notifications and support responses
  • Service updates

We do not send promotional messages without opt-in consent. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from non-essential messages.

10. Data Protection

We process your data per our Privacy Policy and NDPR. By using our services, you consent to data collection for transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Ondo State, Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
