3. Escrow & Protection
We use a secure escrow system that holds funds until delivery is confirmed.
4. Delivery & Waybill
Delivery is within 8 working days. Waybill costs are calculated based on distance.
5. Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact support via the WhatsApp icon on your dashboard before the agent ships the product.
6. Liability
JrikHub acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for issues between users and agents.
