2. What We Do

JRIK ENTERPRISE operates JRIKHUB, a digital services platform and VTU aggregator. We provide airtime, data bundles, cable TV, electricity bill payments, exam pins, and bulk SMS services to end users and resellers.

Customers can access our services by:

  • Website Portal: Users create accounts, fund wallets, and purchase services directly on jrikhub.com
  • WhatsApp Chatbot: We’ve extended our platform to WhatsApp Business API so users can check balances, buy airtime/data, and get support via automated chat
  • API & Reseller Dashboard: We aggregate services for other VTU dealers, developers, and businesses to resell under their own brands

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our services, we collect:

A. Website Account Users:

  • Account Details: Full name, email, phone number, password (encrypted)
  • Transaction Data: Wallet funding, airtime/data purchases, recipient phone numbers, payment references
  • KYC Data: BVN or NIN for wallet tier upgrades as required by CBN
  • Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, login timestamps for security

B. WhatsApp Chatbot Users:

  • WhatsApp Phone Number: To identify you and send responses
  • Profile Name: Your WhatsApp display name to personalize messages
  • Message Content: Commands, recharge requests, or support queries you send
  • Linked Account Data: If you connect your WhatsApp to your JRIKHUB account, we access your wallet balance and transaction history to complete requests

C. API & Reseller Partners:

  • Business Details: Company name, contact person, API keys
  • Transaction Logs: API calls, volumes, and endpoints used for billing and support

We do NOT collect: location, contacts from your phone, or sensitive data unless you explicitly provide it for a transaction.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your JRIKHUB account and wallet
  • To process airtime, data, bills, and other VTU transactions
  • To operate our WhatsApp chatbot and fulfill requests sent via chat
  • To provide APIs to resellers and track usage for commission payouts
  • To comply with CBN, NCC, and NDPR regulations including KYC/AML checks
  • To prevent fraud, detect suspicious transactions, and secure accounts
  • To send transaction alerts, service updates, and support responses. We will not send marketing messages without your consent

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your data only with:

  • Meta Platforms Inc.: WhatsApp infrastructure provider for chatbot delivery
  • Payment Processors: Paystack, Flutterwave, or banks to process wallet funding
  • Service Providers: MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile, DSTV, etc. to deliver airtime/data/bills
  • Cloud Hosting: For secure data storage. All providers are NDPR/GDPR compliant
  • Legal Authorities: Only if required by Nigerian law, CBN, or court order

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain transaction records for 5 years as required by CBN financial regulations. WhatsApp chat logs are kept for 90 days for dispute resolution. You can request account deletion by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

Under Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to CBN retention rules
  • Withdraw consent for marketing
  • Stop WhatsApp messages by sending "STOP"

8. Data Security

We use bank-level encryption, SSL, 2FA, and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Messages are transmitted via WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. Wallet PINs and passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Financial services require users to be 18+.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored in Nigeria. WhatsApp messages may be processed on Meta servers outside Nigeria. We ensure all transfers comply with NDPR.
